At STING, we stand by the quality of our performance gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your STING account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
